From all of us at Austin/Jones Corp., we wish to express our sincerest hope that you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy. As we continue to monitor the evolving situation related to COVID-19, our top priority remains the health of all those near and far.

We understand that this is having a dramatic impact on our lives, businesses, vendors, subcontractors, and clients. In following the declaration of a Local State of Emergency related to COVID-19 (novel coronavirus), Austin/Jones Corp. is implementing temporary changes to our operations and staffing effective today and until further notice.

While we are adapting to new ways of working during this challenging time, our team is fully operational and committed to meeting all obligations. However, to minimize exposure to COVID-19 for both employees and customers, and in support of state and federal guidelines for social distancing, our staff has been asked to telecommute and to conduct meetings through online tools when possible.

AJC will be running on limited business hours at this time. Should you have concerns regarding our services, projects, and schedules, please feel free to reach out to us–we are here to support you wherever possible.

In light of these factors, some scheduled projects have been put on hold until further notice. Your project team manager will reach out to all those whose projects are affected. We know this is disruptive for you, and we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Likewise, some payments to vendors and subcontractors may be delayed during the temporary closure of our physical offices. We sincerely thank you for your understanding.

At this time, everyone’s health and well-being is our highest priority. As we continue monitoring developments related to COVID-19, be assured that we are committed to doing everything we can to keep our customers and employees safe. We strongly encourage everyone to continue to follow CDC best practices.

We greatly value our business partnerships and look forward to resuming normal business in the near future. Finally, our hearts go out to all those affected by the coronavirus epidemic. Thank you for being a part of the AJC family.
